Problem:
Solid product, lack of brand visibility
Solution:
Found its own lane within the coworking space. Doubled down on targeting specific industires - lawyers, consultants, government workers, who need a good space to work without many distractions.
What I did:
Ramped up advertising with retargeting & third-party ads, improved the usability of the website on both web and mobile to increase conversion time, and created educational content (videos, graphics) to double down on carr workplaces greatest asset - it's concierge level service.
What I learned:
A brand doesn't have to be 'hip' to be successful. Double down on strengths and let the work speak for itself.
