A competitive & up and coming industry. Also a very complex product.
Solution:
Creating a brand for people to connect to, that gave the spirit of the product without focusing too much of the technology, and more on the emotional impact of what the technology accomplishes - giving managers peace of mind
What I did:
I saw an opportunity for both product improvement and a more understandable brand. I conducted competitive research, conducted A/B testing, designed a new website, and created multi-use content. Similarly I used a variety of design techniques, tools and technology to create collateral, animations, illustrations, graphics and other visual assets
What I learned:
I learned how to tell the story of a product and make it understandable, without getting too detailed about the technology itself.
